I made this website to promote the seven F's (seven Foundations of life) to help people maintain balance and remain positive as they persevere through the trials of life. I have had seasons of great prosperity and success throughout my life along with seasons of severe trial and massive difficulty.
Through it all I have learned that a person needs certain life foundations to help them get through the tough times and to enjoy the good times.
We must remember to be "humble in the spotlight and true in the dark throughout our lives".
These seven F's (Foundations of life) will help people maintain joy and happiness throughout their lives.
As a person works at maintaining the seven F's (Foundations of life) through their lives they will grow as a person and develop wonderful character traits that will make them a much more balanced and successful individual.
They will be much more successful in their family lives, business lives, have much more fun, and be a better person in society.
