Fitness and Fabulous Health

It is very important to do everything you can to build and maintain your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. It is very difficult be happy when you are physically sick or injured. It is much easier to be happy when you are physically healthy and strong. There is no secret key to maintaining Fitness and Fabolous Health, so it is important to work at building and maintaining balance in your life. The things we eat will make up our bodies, so it is very important to eat foods and drinks that will strengthen our bodies such as: Good complex carbohydrates, Grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts, lean meats and seafood, plenty of fiber, a good vitamins and supplements, and protein to build and maintain strong bodies. Exercise is super important to build and maintain a healthy body. It is important to have a good balance of cardiovascular exercise, core strengthening, weight and resistance training exercises. It is important to maintain an exercise regimen that you can do for the decades of your life. Playing sports is a great way of exercising throughout your life.

We must work at maintaining a balanced life to achieve healthy mental and emotional health. It is very important to make time for introspection, meditation, and prayer to free and clear up our minds and emotions. We must work daily at practicing at what I call-AGT-Appreciation, Gratefulness, and Thankfulness. We need to do our best to be positive and focus on the good things in our lives. Focusing on the positive aspects of our lives will strengthen us to keep going and get through tough times. We can keep a thankful journal and record the items we are thankful for and the positive things that happen in our lives.
